Years of Experience in Healthcare: I have been working as a certified nursing assistant since 2001. I have worked at nursing homes for three years and have been with home health for the past two years. I went to Kirkwood to get my nursing assistant certificate.
Family Info: I have lived in Monticello for all my life. I am married and have two daughters ages six and two. My first daughter loves to swim and to be out doors and her name is Madison. My second daughter, Makenna, was born with spina bifida and also loves the out doors.
Motivation for working in the home health field: I love helping others with any needs that they may have. I think that caring for is just a great opportunity to meet others and to keep out in your community, and you are able to care for other when there loved ones need to be gone. I enjoy the hours that home health gives so I can spend the time with my family. I also enjoy home health because closeness the home health agency is with all of their employees.
