Macaroni Fruit Salad 5-23-83
Dressing:
4 eggs
½ cup sugar
¼ lemon juice
Juice from 8 oz. can of crushed
pineapple
Cook until thickened and cool slightly.
Salad:
1½ cups of ring or small
shell macaroni, cooked
1 cup cream, whipped
3 cups diced apple
crushed pineapple
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix all together. Chill and just
before serving, add 2 cups fresh bing cherries, halved, or a 1 lb. can
of bing
cherries drained.
